Payment options
1. Credit card payment via Payplug
Payplug enables you to pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) simply and securely. After validating your order, you will be redirected to Payplug's secure interface to finalize payment.
Advantages: simplicity, data encryption, instant confirmation.
2. Card and mobile payments via Stripe
We also offer Stripe, a global payment platform renowned for its security and flexibility:
- Acceptance of bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB)
- Support for mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Possibility of SEPA payments for certain business customers
- PCI-DSS compliance and anti-fraud tools (machine learning)
Payment data is directly processed and encrypted by Stripe: no banking data is stored on our servers.
3. Payment via PayPal
PayPal is available if you prefer to pay via your PayPal account. You can also pay by card via the PayPal interface without creating an account.
Advantages: payment protection, confidentiality of bank details, dispute resolution procedure.
4. Payment by bank transfer
Bank transfers are possible, especially for high-value orders. Our bank details will be communicated to you automatically after validation of the order.

Payment processing and anti-fraud security

Warranty and after-sales service
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with legal requirements. The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective components in accordance with our General Sales Conditions.
