At Made in Glass, the delivery of your glass railings is an essential step that we manage with the utmost care. Because our products are fragile and often custom-made, we work exclusively with specialized glass carriers to guarantee safe, damage-free delivery.

1/4 - Order preparation

As soon as the CAD design is complete and the layout has been validated, we start manufacturing. Once production is complete, our teams carry out meticulous preparation: checking the components, checking the glass, adding screws and reinforced protection for transport.

2/4 - Transport organization

Our deliveries are handled by partner carriers who are experienced in handling glass products. Before each shipment, a final quality check is carried out and the customer receives a dispatch note. The carrier then contacts you directly to arrange a delivery date according to your availability.

3/4 - Delivery by appointment

Deliveries are made by appointment only, in order to guarantee your presence and to ensure that access conditions are suitable. Our carriers deliver to the foot of buildings or to construction sites, depending on access possibilities. If required, our technical department can advise you on the precautions to take when unloading and storing glass.

4/4 - Reception and verification

On receipt, it is important to check the condition of the packages in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of anomaly or breakage, note a reservation on the delivery note and immediately contact our customer service department. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution.

Average delivery times

The average delivery time for custom orders is 5 to 7 weeks, including manufacturing and logistics. For standard products in stock, lead times can be reduced to 10 to 15 working days.

Delivery in France and Europe

We deliver throughout mainland France and, on request, to several European countries. For specific orders or delivery abroad, please contact our sales department for a personalized quotation.
