Made in Glass guarantee - Trust over time

At Made in Glass, every glass railing is built to last. We select our components with care and ensure rigorous quality control at every stage, from manufacture to delivery. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our products, in compliance with current regulations.

1/4 - What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers :

  • Manufacturing or assembly defects in the product;
  • Hidden defects affecting the structure or safety of the guardrail;
  • Accessories and fasteners supplied with the product, in the event of failure under normal conditions of use;
  • Glass with a tempering or laminating defect (excluding impact or mishandling).

This warranty applies to all our products purchased via our official website made-in-glass.com or via a quotation validated with our team.

2/4 - What the warranty does not include

The warranty does not cover :

  • Damage due to incorrect installation (misalignment, missing joints, excessive screwing);
  • Glass breakage due to external impact, falling objects or handling errors;
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party intervention on the product;
  • Abnormal conditions of exposure: excessive humidity, salty atmosphere, corrosive products, etc.

We therefore invite all customers to follow our assembly instructions to ensure the product's durability and conformity.

3/4 - Complaints procedure

In the event of a problem, simply contact our customer service department with :

  • the order reference,
  • photos of the defect,
  • a precise description of the problem encountered.

Our technical department will analyze your case and propose the most appropriate solution: replacement, repair or commercial gesture, as the case may be.

4/4 - Commitment to quality and support
