English fastening

Glass balustrades must be made of special glass that meets strict safety criteria. Made-in-glass.com uses only the following types of glass:
Laminated glass
Laminated glass consists of several sheets of glass joined together with PVB or EVA film. This structure retains splinters in the event of impact, guaranteeing enhanced safety.
Tempered glass
Tempered glass is strengthened by thermal or chemical treatments. In the event of breakage, it fragments into small, non-cutting grains.
Tempered laminated glass
This glass combines the two previous processes, offering the highest level of resistance and safety.
Specific glass treatments
For the most demanding projects, we offer self-cleaning glass. Thanks to a factory-applied layer of titanium dioxide and silica, the surface triggers a photocatalytic reaction when exposed to UV light. This technology breaks down dirt and allows natural cleaning by rain.
Heights and dimensions
Made-in-glass.com takes great care to ensure compliance with current standards concerning protective heights. The standard panel width is 100 cm, but custom sizes are available. Heights vary according to use:
