The website www.made-in-glass.com is an e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of glass products, supports and handrails. The Buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer") refers to any person consulting one or more pages of the site, whether or not they have initiated an order.

The www.made-in-glass.com website is owned and operated by Made in Glass, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of 20,000 euros, registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under number RCS Grenoble 832 952 113, with its registered office at 1 avenue de l'Europe, 38120 Saint-Égrève, France.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all relations between Made in Glass and any person purchasing products from the www.made-in-glass.com website .

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions. The Buyer confirms that he/she has read these conditions before placing his/her order.

Products are offered for sale in the following geographical areas: Metropolitan France and Europe.

The Buyer confirms that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to commit himself/herself under these conditions.

Made in Glass reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

All orders imply acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale and will be final after confirmation by email and receipt of payment.

ARTICLE 3 : PRODUCTS

The products offered on the www.made-in-glass.com website are accompanied by an indicative delivery time. Made in Glass regularly updates this information. Product availability may vary rapidly, and we will contact the Buyer in the event of any change.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for information only. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Fin de série", "Lot", "Sur-mesure" and "Verre" products are sold as is, with no possibility of return, exchange or refund.

ARTICLE 4: PRICES

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT. They do not include shipping costs, which will be added before the order is registered.

Prices are subject to change at any time. The guaranteed price is that in force at the time the order is registered.

ARTICLE 5 : OFFICE FEES

Design and layout fees will be invoiced according to the complexity of the project, with amounts varying according to the nature of the service.

ARTICLE 6: METHODS OF PAYMENT

The Buyer may pay by credit card via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Any attempt at fraudulent use of a payment method will be prosecuted.

ARTICLE 7 : DELIVERY

Products will be dispatched as soon as possible, with delivery within 10 to 15 working days for products in stock. Delivery is on the first floor and shipping costs are fixed.

The Buyer must check the condition of the packaging and products upon delivery and report any anomalies within 3 days of receipt.

ARTICLE 8: WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The Buyer has 7 working days after receipt to return products which are unsuitable, at his/her own expense. Products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Made in Glass retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price by the Buyer. Made in Glass reserves the right to reclaim products ordered in the event of non-payment. In this case, the Buyer undertakes to return any unpaid product or any product for which payment has not been received, the cost of return being borne by the Buyer.
The transfer of risks of loss and deterioration of the products occurs as soon as the products are handed over by Made in Glass to thecarrier.
Once the products have been received, during the withdrawal period mentioned in ARTICLE 8 above, the Buyer assumes responsibility for the products ordered. In the event of deterioration or destruction of the product during this period, the Buyer may not claim an exchange or reimbursement from Made in Glass.

ARTICLE 10: DATA PROTECTION

The information collected at the time of the Buyer's order is necessary for the management of the order by Made in Glass and its commercial partners. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him or her by contacting Made in Glass.
Made in Glass also informs that, for quality and training reasons, telephone calls may be recorded.

ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

Made in Glass shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, product unavailability, or due to force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services, means of transport, or communications.
Made in Glass cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may occur following the purchase of products.
Made in Glass declines all responsibility for accidents occurring as a result of the use of products by customers who do not know how to use them correctly, or who have placed them in the hands of children or irresponsible persons.

ARTICLE 12: TERRITORIALITY AND APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all the purchase and sale operations concerned, are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or breach of the contract concluded between Made in Glass and the Buyer, even in the event of multiple defendants, will be submitted, in the absence of amicable agreement, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

ARTICLE 13: BUYER'S ACCEPTANCE

The present general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the price lists, are expressly approved and accepted by the Buyer, who declares that he is fully aware of them and waives the right to invoke any contradictory document, in particular his own general terms and conditions of purchase. The act of purchasing implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 14: PRODUCT REVISION

For technical and quality reasons, products may be revised on a regular basis. These revisions may affect the assembly or dimensions of the products. The Buyer must keep abreast of the latest updates before placing an order.
