Return Policy : Flexibility and transparency with Made in Glass
At Made in Glass, we pride ourselves on offering you high-quality products, carefully packaged and delivered with the utmost care. However, we understand that some situations may require the return of goods. That's why we've put in place a clear and transparent returns policy, tailored to your needs.
Which products can be returned?
🔹 S tandard products: You have 7 working days after receipt to return an unsuitable item.
🔹 Defective or damaged products: If your product has a defect or has suffered damage during transport, contact us immediately so that we can find a suitable solution.
Warning:
❌ C ustom-made products cannot be returned (glass cut to your dimensions, custom finishes, etc.).
❌ All returns must be validated by our customer service department before shipment.
How do I make a return?
✅ 1. contact our customer service department
Before any return, send us an email to info@made-in-glass.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem or reason for the return
- Photos of the product if necessary (especially in case of damage)
✅ 2. Prepare the return
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accessories. To ensure a safe return, we recommend the use of reinforced packaging, similar to that used on delivery.
✅ 3. Shipping and return costs
- Defective product or order error: Made in Glass will pay the return shipping costs.
- Voluntary return (change of mind, order error on your part, etc.):
- The cost of return will be borne by the customer.
- Non-conforming returns (damaged, used or poorly packaged products): We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement.
Special case: Products damaged on delivery
Our packaging is designed to effectively protect your glass railings and accessories. However, if you notice any damage on receipt :
⚠️ DO NOT SIGN the delivery note without making specific reservations. Clearly indicate any anomalies.
⚠️ Take photos and inform us immediately.
Without reservations at the time of delivery, no recourse with the carrier will be possible, and we will not be able to take responsibility for any replacement.
Refunds and exchanges
📌 After receiving and checking your return, we will proceed with one of the following solutions:
- Exchange for an equivalent product if you require a replacement
- Issue a credit note for use on a future order.
