At Made in Glass, the safety and quality of our glass railings are our top priorities. Standards and certifications

Our glass guardrails comply with French and European safety standards:

  • Laminated and tempered glass complying with EN 12600 and NF P01-012 standards
  • Tested mechanical resistance: bag tests and stress tests carried out in the laboratory

Manufacturing process and quality control

Each guardrail is custom-made in France and subjected to strict quality control:

1. Selection of materials

We use high-quality laminated and tempered glass, as well as profiles and fasteners certified to withstand the loads and impacts stipulated by the standard.

2. Custom manufacturing

Precise cutting and shaping to exact project dimensions. Assembly to the highest safety standards.

3. Mechanical testing

Each guardrail can be subjected to a sack test and a stress test. These tests guarantee resistance to impact and pressure, ensuring user safety.

4. Final inspection

Verification of assemblies, alignments, fixings and visual inspection of glass. Final validation before shipping.

2-year warranty

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with regulations. The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective components in accordance with our General Sales Conditions.
