1/8 - ORDER

You can place your order directly on our website, or request a customized quote via our online form. Ask for a quote.

Each order is recorded in our system and immediately forwarded to our technical department for verification.

2/8 - TECHNICAL SERVICE

Within a maximum of 24 working hours, our technical department will contact you. Our technicians will check :

  • the conformity of your order,
  • the correct choice of model,
  • and assist you, if necessary, in taking dimensions.

3/8 - DIMENSIONING

Our teams will guide you step by step through the measuring method best suited to your configuration. We provide a complete guide illustrating the right reflexes to avoid any dimensioning errors.

4/8 - LAYOUT AND DIMENSIONING

Once the measurements have been validated, we proceed with the layout of the project:

  • For simple projects, you will receive a clear table showing the precise dimensions of each glass panel.
  • For more complex projects, our design office will produce a detailed CAD drawing with 2D/3D visualization.

5/8 - CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Before any launch, the customer receives a summary document for validation. This step ensures that dimensions, finishes and accessories perfectly match expectations and measurements.

6/8 - MANUFACTURING

After validation, the order is sent to our workshop for custom manufacturing. Our glass and profiles are machined to current standards and subjected to rigorous quality controls. The average lead time is 5 to 7 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

7/8 - PREPARATION

Once manufacturing is complete, we carefully prepare your order:

  • secure packaging of lenses,
  • grouping of accessories (screws, fasteners, gaskets, etc.),
  • final inspection before dispatch.

This stage guarantees error-free delivery with no missing parts.

8/8 - DELIVERY

Our partner carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Beforehand, he will check :

  • access conditions (passable road, width, floor, etc.),
  • your availability to receive the goods.
