MU50Fmax glass railing system description

The F-floor profile, made of robust extruded aluminum, is designed to provide a finish perfectly aligned with the concrete edges. Depending on specific project requirements, a cover or junction profile can be added for harmonious integration with the surrounding architecture. For a seamless transition to the floor, a floor connection profile is also available.

Fixing the F floor profile is easy and secure, thanks to a recommended screw spacing of 400 mm. A range of complementary accessories is available to customize the installation, including end caps, cover profiles and rubber spacers, guaranteeing a solution to suit every need.

Designed by the Made-in-glass engineering team, the MU50Fmax designer guardrail system stands out for its simplicity of installation, resulting in significant savings in time and money. This efficiency is the result of ergonomic profile fasteners and exclusive patented glass supports.

For top mounting, a standard concrete screw every 400 mm is all that's needed (or every 200 mm for side mounting), while the glass fastening system is inspired by the ingenious cable clamp principle, ensuring safe, secure engagement of the panes with a simple push-pull action. The installation process for this glass guardrail can be summed up in three intuitive gestures: insert, adjust, secure, for impeccable results.

What's more, a well-thought-out release mechanism facilitates rapid dismantling for any necessary maintenance or inspection.

Technical specifications

Laminated safety glass is available in thicknesses ranging from 12 to 21.52 mm, with a maximum height of 1300 mm and a minimum width of 300 mm.

The insertion depth in the profile is 103 mm for 12 mm glass, and 105 mm for glass thicknesses between 15 and 21 mm. C

Installation can be carried out with or without a cover profile, and the system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
